The return and exchange is only for the love goods and the order information does not match, you can contact the customer service of Optical_con Shop, and you must contact and process the replacement within 14 days from the date of receipt, otherwise the shop has the right to refuse the exchange.The product must be brand new and fully packaged (unopened). You can also take a photo and send it to Whatsapp/Signal: (852) 9519 8086 in our store.
About pre-ordered goods
Since the pre-ordered goods must be specially ordered from abroad, there is no change/return after the order is confirmed and arranged.
Contact lens quality problems
If the contact lens has impurities, cracks, etc., please stop wearing it immediately, and keep the box and related lenses (stored in the CASE with water), take photos/videos and send them to our store Whatsapp/Signal: (852) 9519 8086, our customer service will contact you to follow up.We need to collect the relevant products for follow-up.
